Product description:
The Hortitech 4HD 6.00 hydraulic greenhouse trolley is designed for plant care in tall greenhouses, where smooth adjustment of the work platform at great heights is required. The scissor guides are made of plastic, which has significantly improved the rigidity of the cart’s scissor mechanism. The unit features a PLC controller that manages platform lifting, drive wheel extension, and travel. A special system incorporated into this model also alerts the operator to excessively discharged batteries, ensuring trouble-free operation.
The Hortitech series of trolleys has undergone a number of modifications to improve their functionality. The rounded corners of the lower frame enhance the cart’s overall design and protect plants from damage. A new painting process improves the components’ resistance to outdoor conditions. The longer and wider frame enhances the trolley’s stability. All controls are clearly labeled. An additional emergency shut-off switch is located on the lower control panel. The electrical box is positioned at the front of the cart, allowing for easy access. The box is airtight and moisture-resistant and features latches that allow it to be opened easily. The guardrail doors at the front and rear of the trolleys are secured with a self-closing lock that enhances safety. The valve that controls the platform’s height allows it to be lowered in the event of a power outage. The wheels are made of aluminum and polyurethane. The wheel forks are made of a thinner material. New bearings allow the trolleyto be easily maneuvered between rows with a simple push.
